United Way of Santa Barbara County (UWSBC) seeks a F/T Development Associate (DA) to provide relationship management for various fundraising efforts. The DA will manage a portfolio of up to 75 workplace relationships and partner in a number of general fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, energetic, team-oriented individual with a BA and 1-2 years of fundraising experience preferred but not required. The DA will increase UWSBC’s exposure and help advance its mission. Ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-driven individual with a demonstrated track record in fundraising and the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent oral and written skills required. Intermediate skill w/ MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required. Experience with databases desired. Compensation package is competitive.
