All correspondence should be directed electronically to info@tuohyfoundation.org. Kindly update your records to ensure they are excluded from your postal mailing list.
Upon receiving your grant check in June, it is essential to promptly email Angela with a formal acknowledgment or receipt. This should detail the grant amount, its intended use, and be accompanied by a signature.
Please remember not to utilize the grant funds until the check is physically received. While the grant might be awarded in January and agreements signed, you should not expend the funds until money is in-hand.
Note: Prior to disbursing the check for a newly awarded grant, you are required to submit a report for your most recent grant. Ensure this step is completed in a timely manner.
