The Talent Development Associate is responsible for the management of CommUnify’s Learning Academy, including training development and coordination, to cultivate a learning culture within the agency.
REQUIRES: Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum two years’ experience in learning and development, training, marketing or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database/Internet/Spreadsheet/Word Processing software with ability to construct and produce reports, use mail merges and advanced functions. Valid California Drivers License.
