Role Description
This part-time, on-site role is located in Santa Barbara, CA for a Salesforce Developer. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for analyzing user needs, designing, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing Salesforce-based solutions. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop and maintain custom applications and integrations, and provide ongoing training and support to users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration frameworks
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
