The Energy Services Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of field operations in the Community Services Field installations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff. Directly supervises employees in the Community Services field operations and coordinates the activities of independent contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college with four years related experience in construction, journeyman or combination of equivalent education and experience. Supervisory experience required Energy Services Supervisor,
Computer Skills To perform this position successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current California driver’s license.
Must be able to obtain relevant Weatherization training certifications within six months of employment. California Contractors license Class B (or C20) and BPI Building Analyst certification highly desirable. Other Skills and Abilities Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and drawings.
Ability to speak Spanish is highly desired Other Qualifications Frequent county-wide travel required. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
