Position Summary:
The Music Academy is inviting applications for a Director of Revenue Generation. This key sales position is the champion for welcoming the public and delivering delighted customers who return. This a prime opportunity for someone who lives for the achievement of financial goals and creating community. They should be empathetic and helpful with a positive spirit and the ability to be flexible and innovate.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Run the entire ticketing and front of house operation, with accountability to the sales goals for the department
  • Maximize the rental business: meet targets, provide great customer service, and oversee staffing
  • Achieve more than $50,000 of advertising sales annually
Other duties may be assigned.

Benefits and Compensation:
This is an exempt, full-time position. Compensation is in the range of $65,000-75,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
