SB County Youth Behavioral Health Services – Win an iPad for your Organization!

Cottage Center for Population Health is partnering with SB ACT, YouthWell, and other community organizations to understand and share the behavioral health resources available for children and youth (ages 0 – 25) throughout Santa Barbara County.

All youth and family serving organizations are invited to complete the below survey about their behavioral health programs. By completing this survey, your organization (or individuals submitting as unaffiliated community members) will be entered into a drawing for a free iPad Air (one entry per organization).

Your responses will inform a report of findings that will be shared in our community. Additionally, by completing this survey, your organization’s listing in the following resource directories will also be updated:
