Central Coast Alliance United for a Sustainable Economy (CAUSE) has offices available for rent in Santa Maria! CAUSE is an economic, environmental and social justice community organization that serves immigrants and youth. CAUSE staff occupies 5 suites in the West side of the building with the East side open for rent (4 suites)

We currently have 3 offices available with a fourth becoming available soon. Each office is about 108 sq ft and rents for $800 per month.

Office is located at 1619 S. Broadway in a commercial lot near various restaurants with high visibility from Broadway.

This includes access to the internet, kitchen and break room, lobby, conference room, drinking water, bathrooms. Plenty of parking available.
