Happy Women’s History Month!
We spotlight Patricia Dow, the Foundation’s first female Board president in 1989 to 1991. Patricia was also the second woman to serve on the Foundation Finance Committee. Patricia made a big impact on the Santa Barbara County community by serving on many community organizations like the American Red Cross, Junior League, and the Visiting Nurses Association.
