The City of Santa Barbara will begin accepting applications for Fiscal Years 2028 & 2029 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Service and City of Santa Barbara Human Services Grant programs starting November 6, 2026. At which time the application and related documents will be available at https://santabarbaraca.gov/cdbg-human-services.
Applications will be accepted until 4:30 PM on December 10, 2026.
Interested organizations are required to attend the applicable mandatory Application Workshop in its entirety. Waivers for this requirement will not be granted. Attendees to this workshop must be staff that are directly involved in preparing grant submissions.
