Leading From Within is launching new 2026-27 groups of its Growing Edge Leaders program for high-impact community leaders in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. Growing Edge Leaders (GEL), as its name suggests, is for seasoned executives who are committed to staying on their “growing edge” – the places where you find yourself being called to grow and stretch the margins of your capacities.

A GEL group is a group of +/- 12 experienced, cross-sector community leaders who meet for a full day each month to learn together and to support each other to solve problems, evaluate opportunities, and grow their leadership capabilities. LFW designed this intensive executive peer group to provide the best possible resources to keep leaders learning, growing their community impact, and thriving as humans. How might your leadership benefit from a facilitated all-day peer group and a one-on-one executive coach all dedicated to supporting you?

Join us to learn more about Growing Edge Leaders (GEL) at one of our information sessions. Attending an information session will give you a greater sense as to what this new program offers, as well as if it’s right for you or a leader you support. At the in-person sessions, you’ll also get a taste of the GEL program experience.

At each information session, we will discuss all the components of GEL membership as well as the application process. You will have the opportunity to hear from our Founder Ken Saxon, GEL Program Manager Judy Hawkins, GEL alumni and others, to ask questions, and connect with other community leaders.
