FSA’s The Little House By The Park Relocates

Two New Locations to Serve Guadalupe Families

Family Service Agency (FSA) announced that The Little House By The Park (LHP) has moved to two locations in Guadalupe. Staff will be on-hand at Riverview Townhomes, located at 230 Calle Cesar E Chavez, from Monday through Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, residents can obtain services at Guadalupe Court, located at 4202 11th Street. Hours of operation are 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. for both locations.

Operating in Guadalupe since 1992, LHP guides families towards stability and self-sufficiency by needs assessment, case management, referrals, and enrollment assistance. LHP also operates the Guadalupe Parent Academy, offering free educational opportunities in education, health, parenting, and leadership development (through the Guadalupe Community Changers). Every year, hundreds of families seek help from this community resource.

“We take a lot of pride in the fact that The Little House By The Park has been a community center for 30 years,” said LHP Director, Sam Duarte. “LHP continues to offer a safe environment to nurture families, promote learning, and build social connections so that families can thrive.”
