The 2022 Compensation & Benefits Survey is now open!
Fair Pay Southern California Nonprofits has opened their survey to help nonprofits across Santa Barbara County. The survey now features new questions about Development, Equity and Inclusion practices, a revised Economic Environment/COVID-19 Pandemic section, and new jobs in the Administration, Education, Operations and Social Services/Behavioral Health areas.
