Performs administrative support duties to the C-Suite and administrative office to support the goals of the organization. The Office Assistant must understand, support and articulate the organization’s mission, vision, values and principles as the first point of contact to external customers. This position supports the team, programs, and business development by overseeing and engaging in a range of operational, administrative, event support, and communications activities.

REQUIRES: Associate degree and three years related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer experience with working knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software – specifically MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint) and Publisher. Valid California Driver’s License with ability to qualify for coverage under Agency insurance plan.  Travel may be required within County. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
