We are looking for a contract Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team.
This position is to provide nurse consultation for Momentum WORK, Inc. licensed programs including but not limited to:
- Acting as an advocate for persons served on health related issues
- Monitoring the medical needs of persons residing in agency group homes
- Understands and follows standards of Health and Community Care Licensing
- Maintaining accurate records of medication log; auditing medications weekly
Contract position, approximately 6 – 10 hours per week and will coordinate with the Director of Residential Services.
Requirement: provide proof of current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of California.
