Amplify is a premium girls’ music & arts sleepaway camp in Ojai, CA, offering three 2-week summer sessions focused on creativity, confidence, empowerment, and belonging. Tuition is $4,995/session, and our enrollment goal for Summer 2026 is ~250 campers. We are seeking a strategic, metrics-driven enrollment leader who can build, manage, and optimize the entire enrollment engine — from lead generation to deposit.

This is a builder + operator role. Amplify has strong components in place (Google Ads, SEO, CRM, automations, content creation, and an AI chatbot), but we need someone who can orchestrate all of these pieces, fill gaps, and drive consistent enrollment growth.


What You’ll Do

Own the Enrollment Funnel

  • Hold responsibility for weekly, monthly, and seasonal enrollment KPIs

  • Build dashboards to track leads, inquiries, calls, meetings, conversions, and deposits

  • Diagnose bottlenecks and implement quick-turn solutions

Lead Family Engagement & Conversion

  • Host weekly Zoom open houses/info sessions

  • Conduct short discovery calls as needed

  • Strengthen follow-up sequences and increase call → deposit conversion

  • Ensure families feel informed, supported, and excited

Guide Marketing Alignment

  • Set content priorities and timelines for the content creator

  • Align ads, SEO, email campaigns, and automations into a coherent system

  • Identify gaps in messaging or collateral and guide creation

Generate & Qualify Leads

  • Grow top-of-funnel leads across LA, CA, and international markets

  • Partner with schools, organizations, and aligned programs to generate warm leads

  • Build referral incentives and ambassador pathways

Optimize Systems & Experience

  • Audit the enrollment process and implement improvements

  • Ensure automated flows, CRM tagging, and parent communications are streamlined

  • Collaborate with the ED to shape messaging and positioning

Key KPIs You Will Own

  • Lead generation: 200–300 new qualified leads/month (varies by season)

  • Inquiry-to-call rate

  • Call-to-deposit conversion rate

  • Open house attendance & conversion

  • Deposit velocity (steady weekly deposits)

  • Enrollment pacing relative to goal

  • Referral pipeline and conversion

These numbers can be refined with you as we establish baseline data.

  • Strong, steady deposit flow across all sessions

  • A predictable and transparent enrollment dashboard

  • Higher conversion rates at every stage of the funnel

  • Content, ads, and email working together cohesively

  • Families consistently reporting a supportive, clear, joyful admissions experience

  • Sessions filling on time with the right-fit families


Compensation

$45-$65/hour + $150 per camper commission
