Under general supervision, the Enrollment Specialist will provide bilingual enrollment assistance support to individuals and families residing in Santa Barbara County for assistance obtaining services within the Community Services Department. Assistance includes but not limited to, mobile client intake, assessment, collection of documentation, inter agency referrals and data entry.
REQUIRES: High School diploma and/ or a minimum of two (2) years of related experience in social services or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer skills. Valid California Driver’s License. Maintain a valid California driver’s license and appropriate personal liability and vehicle insurance coverage. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Position is full-time with a full benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Vision; Retirement Plan with employer match; Employee Assistance Program, Professional Development, paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, and up to 2 personal leave days per year.
Wage: $16.79 per hour with final pay being discussed and agreed upon after an offer has been extended.
