MOVE Santa Barbara County is hiring a Development and Impact Manager.
We are looking for a builder, not a schmoozer. Someone who sees scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tracking and wants to fix it.
This role owns the systems behind our funding: contract reporting, grant deadlines, donor data, and impact tracking across a countywide organization. You will build what does not exist yet, then run it. If you are the person who gets genuine satisfaction from a clean dataset and a deadline hit early, we should talk.
MOVE works to make walking, biking, rolling, and transit safe and accessible for everyone in Santa Barbara County. Full-time, exempt, $75,000. Based in Santa Barbara.
