Granada Theatre Box Office Associate – Part Time
Box Office Associates are the public face of the Granada Theatre and must be highly reliable and provide excellent customer service supporting ticket sales and assisting patrons with show information.
Duties include but are not limited to: Inside sales of tickets and resolution of ticket issues at the window, online or incoming phone calls; general office tasks such as printing ticket orders, database record maintenance and proofreading; and other projects, all with superb customer service skills.
Qualifications include reliability and flexibility in scheduling. Face to face and phone communication are core to this job. Must have solid computer skills with an aptitude to learn quickly, at least 6 months customer service experience, and a desire to contribute to the team in a positive manner.
