Assistant FARO Operations Manager
Advancing Collective Transformation (SB ACT) is seeking an Assistant FARO Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of the FARO Center, our coordinated service hub for individuals experiencing homelessness in Santa Barbara. Working closely with the FARO Operations Manager, this position will provide on-site leadership, supervise FARO’s Ambassador team, coordinate daily center operations and partner activity, respond to challenging or escalated situations, and help ensure consistent implementation of center policies and procedures. The role will also provide practical Day Habilitation support to participants when operational coverage allows. We’re looking for someone with strong judgment, clear communication skills, and experience leading people and managing operations in a busy, public-facing environment. The position is full-time and based primarily onsite at FARO in Santa Barbara.
