The Accounting Technician performs professional accounting work including the examination, analysis, maintenance, reconciliation, and verification of financial records.

This position is full-time with full benefits and starting out between $22.35 – $26.20 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Process vendor invoices.
- Process check runs/payroll runs.
- Investigate and resolve vendor queries including adjustments or employee time queries.
- Verification of vendor or employee.
- Verify A/P batches and/or timesheet batches.
- Update lists, charts, allocation for accounting departments.
- Set up and maintain vendor or employee files.
- Monitor garnishments and/or W-9.
- Prepare payroll or accounts payable reports.
- Create and maintain system’s reports.
- Assist with Audits.
Education and/or Experience: AA or equivalent and two or more years of accounting experience.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Maintain valid California Driver’s license.
