The Accounting Assistant will perform accounting functions. Will be trained to do accounts payable, bank reconciliation’s, payroll processing, cash receipts, excel spreadsheets, and other various financial record keeping tasks.

REQUIRES: Accounting Assistant levels require High School Diploma or GED required with  two years of clerical experience and Level II: additional one year of accounting experience. Level III: additional two years of accounting experience. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Accounting software; Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Valid California Driver’s license.
