The only one of its kind in Southern California, the Santa Barbara Sea Glass and Ocean Arts Festival (SBSGOAF) is deeply rooted in the Santa Barbara community, with local artists, the venue, and its commitment to going green. Their sea glass festival, which usually occurs each year in September was cancelled for 2020 and 2021 and will not return until 2022; but you needn’t wait so long to find the perfect holiday gift. Come on down to the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum on Saturday, December 18 between 10am and 4pm to find that special treasure!

Since 2000, the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum has featured many artifacts and stories to share the history of the Santa Barbara Channel with more than 40,000 visitors annually and provides year-round experiential maritime history and marine science education for local youth. Featuring the impressive First-Order Fresnel Lighthouse Lens from Point Conception, SBMM’s current exhibits explore The History of Oil in the Santa Barbara Channel, Honda Disaster, and Wives and Daughters: Keepers of the Light.

SBMM is located at the historic Santa Barbara Harbor at 113 Harbor Way, Suite 190, Santa Barbara, CA. 93109
