The League of Women Voters of Santa Barbara (LWVSB) is hosting a series of free, Midterm Election community forums. Candidates participating in this District 4 City Council forum are Jason Dominguez, Genevieve Taft-Vazquez, Devon Wardlow, and Monte Wilson. All forums will be recorded and available later in English and Spanish on the League’s YouTube channel.
LWVSB plays a significant role in South Coast communities by registering voters, informing voters about issues, holding candidate forums, and explaining ballot measures. We do not endorse candidates or political parties, but we do take positions on issues through study and consensus. We encourage informed and active participation in government and influence public opinion through education and advocacy. The League of Women Voters of Santa Barbara is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation.
