Plant-Based Educator Chrissy Roth, who made the switch 9 years ago, will go over the basics of how to stock your refrigerator and pantry, and talk about foods to have on hand to make simple, healthy, delicious meals in no time at all. She will also prepare a couple of easy meals to get you started with some new go-tos.
