DANA’s Monthly Sunday Speaker Jim Corridan Presents:
The Voyages of William Goodwin Dana

Departing in 1816 at the age of 19, William Dana Circumnavigated the globe. He conducted trade in China, Russia and Alaska, Alta California, South America, and Islands across the Pacific. In 1824 the King of Hawaii provided William with his own ship at, which time he became the Captain of the Waverly. To learn more and the details of The Captain’s Voyages come visit us for our monthly Sunday speaker series on September 17th at 1pm.
Admission is $8 for adults, $3 for children, and free for DANA members.
The DANA Cultural Center is open daily from 11 am -3 pm. The Dana Adobe is open for tours from 11 am – 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
