Using shared learning strategies I build capacity for better outcomes for organizations in their unique environments. My work is grounded in methods and practice found in the fields of evaluation, public policy, education and library sciences; used to facilitate community engagement and motivate behavioral shifts among organizations. My values are rooted in 11 years of free progress learning at the Aurobindo Ashram in India where students ‘learn how to learn.’ The ability to enter programs, quickly assess, learn, and mitigate has been instrumental in my work with organizational development and place-based initiatives. I am always looking to grow in my ability to effectively support public and private non-governmental organizations for meaningful impact and inset evaluative thinking, strength and agility for social change.
