We are looking at our Bylaws and two questions have emerged.  First, how to folks handle terms and/or term limits.  Second, do you all have a way to remove a Board member, beyond resignation - as in, they may not want to go, but you want them too.  Are there specific causes or transgressions that create that need.Thanks - Jon
