The S. Mark Taper Foundation in L.A. is no longer accepting grants from Santa Barbara County non-profits. I’m told it is a “pilot program”, instituted this year. The opportunity is still listed on this website and in Instumentl, and perhaps other places. Sad to lose the resource.
