Savie Health free clinic, located at 1111 E. Ocean Ave., #2 in Lompoc, opened this past June and is providing free health care to people without insurance. Savie recently added behavioral healthcare to its list of services. Individuals without health insurance who would like to meet with Savie Health’s licensed clinical social workers for resource and referral or counseling may do so by calling the clinic, at (805) 743-4776, and leaving a voicemail with their contact information for a return call, or by visiting the clinic during the hours they are currently open (9am-4pm on Fridays and Saturdays) to make an appointment. Behavioral health care services are available in both English and Spanish.
Savie Health provides primary, preventative care and some acute care for people without health insurance, including referrals for lab work and imaging, all free of charge. Savie was founded by Dr. Ahmad Nooristani, a hospitalist at Lompoc Valley Medical Center, who previously founded the SLO NOOR Foundation clinic in San Luis Obispo.
