NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR EMERGING LEADERS 2025

Emerging Leaders is a 10-month (one full day each month) program that assembles a select cohort of emerging social sector leaders from Santa Barbara County and neighboring communities and guides them through a rigorous, relevant, and applied curriculum. We are launching our eleventh cohort in January 2025, thanks to our generous supporters.

Join us to learn more about the Emerging Leaders program (ELP) at one of our information sessions. Attending an information session will give you a greater sense of what this program offers, as well as if it’s right for you or a leader you support.

At the information session, we will discuss the program, application, and selection process. You will have the opportunity to hear from Emerging Leaders lead instructors, Katya Armistead and Miles Ashlock, and meet several of our alumni to hear about their experience in Emerging Leaders.
