Leading for Community Impact is a 10-month program that assembles a select cohort from northern Santa Barbara County of seasoned social sector leaders and those stepping into new leadership roles. This program guides them through a rigorous, relevant and applied curriculum on leadership and management.

In this program, you will explore your leadership style, while being given the reflective space and learning community to reconnect with your purpose. You will lead with a new mindset, and a variety of skills and strategies to put into action in your organization immediately.

At the info session, we will discuss the program, application and selection process. You will have the opportunity to hear from our program facilitators, Christa Roth and Danielle Quiñones-Ortega, as well as meet several of our alumni to learn about their experience in Leading for Community Impact.
Attending a session gives you greater possibility of ensuring this program is right for you at this time, and therefore higher credibility in your application should you choose to apply.
