Leading From Within is happy to announce that we are running

the 10th cohort of our Emerging Leaders Program

from October 2023 through August 2024.

Emerging Leaders is designed for nonprofit and social sector professionals in Santa Barbara County who have demonstrated a commitment to the community and are interested in expanding their capacity for leadership.

Who do you recognize as a leader worth investing in?

We are seeking community changemakers who are ready to grow in their ability to

lead, collaborate, and drive solutions.
