As the pandemic continues, the Foundation strives to provide and support community members during these tough times. Our COVID Impact Report shows just that, our work and partnerships that puts our empathy into action.
One of our stories feature our Operations Manager Stephanie Roberson who helped minimize the gap of PPE shortages in Santa Barbara County. She coordinated a partnership with the MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation, UCSB, the Bucket Brigade and community organizations for the PPE Project. The partnership produced over 11,000 PPE for the community during the beginning of the pandemic. “At SBF, we make connections and provide resources for those in need, and this project was no different,” said Roberson.
