[February 2026] – Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Congregation is an open, welcoming, and inclusive community, grounded in love, providing opportunities for spiritual growth for seekers of all ages and stages. We actively live our values of diversity, compassion and justice to humanity and the earth. We also serve as an event venue to groups celebrating life’s milestones and for concerts. We use our campus on Sundays for service, and some of our small-group ministries meet on campus in the evenings and on Saturdays. During the regular business week, however, our spaces can serve as nonprofit organization office and meeting spaces on a long-term lease basis. Our Fellowship Hall, Cottage, and a Farmhouse office are currently available. We are located at 820 N. Fairview Ave., Goleta, CA 93117. For several years before the COVID lockdown, Live Oak enjoyed a long-term, shared-use lease with a local nonprofit Adult Day Program; for this reason, a
portion of our campus is gated for guest security. We are prepared to negotiate shared-lease or exclusive-use leases with nonprofits. Our rates are negotiable with competitive starting rates, ranging from $2.10-$2.60 per square foot, depending on shared-use or exclusive-use needs, plus commensurate utilities based on usage. Furnished or unfurnished space is negotiable too. See below for square footage.

Fellowship Hall: 1,540 square feet. Occupancy = 195 people. Kitchenette included. Excellent for group care and activities.

Cottage: 360 square feet. Great for individual and small group meetings.
