Hours: Sunday 10-5, 6-10 hours a week, some evening hours needed, some remote admin $20.per hour

Embark on an exciting role as a Clubhouse Manager at the GFF Inclusive Arts Clubhouse! This
position involves overseeing daily operations, managing volunteers, ensuring a welcoming
environment, and contributing to creative programming and marketing initiatives. If you have a

Responsibilities:
● Operational Exc Sunday, 10 am (*mandatory 30-minute break
before the 5-hour mark) to 5 pm.
● Be on call for after-hour events, including 1st Thursdays, every other month 3rd
Fridays, and pop-up events.

● Ensure a welcoming and tidy environment for safety and optimal attendee
experience.
● Provide a supportive atmosphere for Clubhouse participants.
● Volunteer Management:
● Train, direct, and manage volunteers, aligning tasks with their abilities and
schedules.

● Efficiently handle art supply inventory and organize donated items.
● Daily Oversight:
● Oversee daily Clubhouse management, troubleshoot issues, and report concerns
to the Director of Operations.

● Community Engagement:
● Conduct research for community engagement and potential donations during
slow hours.
● Add sign-in sheets to Constant Contact new contact list.

● Work with various class facilitators on setup or cleanup needs.
● Utilize Shopify for merchandise sales and guide volunteers in its usage.
● Programming Tasks:
● Lead supplied curriculum for art classes, adapting methods based on participant
capabilities.
● Collaborate with Creative Director (CD) and Director of Operations and
Development (DOD) to plan monthly events.

● Add all events to free local press calendar listings.

Qualifications:
● Experience in arts management, programming, and volunteer coordination.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Passion for fostering inclusivity and creativity.
● Ability to adapt to various responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
