The Office assistant performs administrative support duties for the executive office to support the goals of the organization. Must understand, support and articulate the organization’s mission, vision, values and principles as the first point of contact to external customers. Will support the team, programs, and business development by overseeing and engaging in a range of operational, administrative, event support, and communications activities.

REQUIRES: High School Diploma and three years related administrative experience. Strong computer experience with working knowledge of Database/Spreadsheet/Word Processing software; specifically MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint) & Publisher. Valid CA Driver’s License. Travel may be required within County. Conversational Spanish required.
