Join Cottage Health as a Manager, Community and Parish Nursing. The Manager, Community and Parish Nursing (CPNM) is responsible for leadership and supervision of the Community, Parish Nursing, and Community Health Worker Programs. The CPNM is responsible for partnering with community organizations, monitoring programs to ensure the goals and services are consistent with the mission and strategic plan of Cottage Center for Population Health and supervising a team of community nurses serving vulnerable populations. Serves as a clinical liaison with Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, Cottage Center for Population Health, and community partners while working in a community setting.

QUALIFICATIONS
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
Preferred: Master’s degree in a health-related field preferred
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Minimum: Current California Registered Nurse license, BLS certification
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English. Knowledge of legal requirements and standards of care.
- Ability to lead meetings and make public presentations
- Experience in program development.
- Strong faith and appreciation for varying spiritual needs of people.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Knowledge of local community resources.
- Embraces the philosophy of holistic health.
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Five (5) years nursing experience
