Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People has an opportunity for a full-time Front Office Manager to coordinate administrative duties and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing office supplies, and supporting staff with administrative tasks. Must be able to work both independently and as a team player. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs. Requires an Associates Degree in business or 2 years experience in an office setting. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. EOE
