Fractional Major Gifts & Partnerships Officer (Remore, But Local To Southern CA)

Part-Time • Fractional (15-20 hrs/week)  • Hybrid Remote (local to Southern Ca)

Amplify is a mission-driven girls’ music & arts organization and sleepaway camp in Ojai, CA. We empower girls through creativity, mentorship, performance, and belonging. As we grow, our ability to serve more youth—especially those facing economic or systemic barriers—depends on building a strong, sustainable major gifts and partnerships pipeline.

We are seeking a Fractional Major Gifts & Partnerships Officer who is excited to build a revenue engine from the ground up. This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves designing systems, creating clarity, nurturing relationships, and converting aligned partners and donors into long-term supporters.

This is a builder position. We currently have a small donor base and a limited partnership portfolio—we need someone who can create, launch, and sustain these pipelines.

What You’ll Do

• Develop Amplify’s major gifts + partnership strategy from scratch

• Build a qualified pipeline of prospective donors and partners

• Own monthly KPIs (lead generation, qualification, meetings, proposals, conversions)

• Create stewardship systems(touchpoints, reporting, acknowledgment, cultivation)

• Manage relationship journeys from first contact → long-term supporter

• Coordinate with the Executive Director on messaging, proposals, and pitches

• Track ROI and optimize efforts to focus on highest-impact opportunities

• Identify mission-aligned corporate, foundation, and individual prospects

• Design a partnership menu(sponsorship tiers, program partnerships, named opportunities, etc.)

Compensation

$55-$85/hour
