The Board of Directors of the Elverhøj Museum of History and Art in Solvang, California, seeks an Executive Director to implement its strategic vision, to manage the day-to-day operations of the museum, and to serve as its primary spokesperson for public engagement.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated an apt knowledge and successful experience at an administrative level at a museum, nonprofit or similar organization, as well as a record of effective strategic management and planning, successful fundraising, careful budget management, and skilled oral and written communication.
This is a full-time position with starting salary range from $80,000 to $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Compensation includes a competitive benefits package. Elverhoj is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
