Development Manager

United Way of Santa Barbara County (UWSBC) seeks a F/T Development Manager to provide strategic leadership for all aspects of its fundraising efforts, relationship management, and events. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, energetic, team-oriented individual with a BA and 4+ years of fundraising management. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-driven individual with a demonstrated track record in fundraising and the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent oral and written skills are required. Intermediate skill w/ MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required. Experience with databases desired. Compensation package is competitive.
