The Case Manager will assist families with accessing services, consulting with school staff, translation, and navigations of systems. Key skill sets include the capacity to handle multiple tasks, remain flexible, prioritize appropriately, and manage workflow. Great team player. Passion for working with youth and families. Experience in data entry and reporting preferred. BA preferred, AA in Human Services or related field with 2 years’ experience or High School diploma with 4 years of experience. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must pass the Department of Justice fingerprinting process.
