The Scholarship Foundation seeks a customer service-oriented individual with a warm and professional demeanor to serve as Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position with in-office working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday though Friday. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a mature attitude, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The incumbent will provide administrative support and serve as the office receptionist. Duties will include responding to mail, phone, email, and walk-in inquiries; processing student materials and assisting the programs team; and helping with Foundation events and meetings. Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Candidates should have a minimum of an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree preferred, and 1 to 2 years’ experience.
