Executive Directors Roundtable: Staying Strategic in Uncertain Times
Friday, November 6 | 10 am – 12 pm
Dick DeWees Community & Senior Center
1120 W Ocean Ave, Lompoc, CA 93436
When the environment is changing faster than we can predict, is now the right time to spend months developing a traditional strategic plan? For many nonprofit leaders, the answer may be no. When so much is uncertain, planning several years into the future can feel more limiting than helpful.
Join fellow Executive Directors for a candid, interactive conversation about staying strategic without a traditional strategic plan. Explore ways to navigate uncertainty, stay focused on your purpose, make thoughtful decisions, and keep staff and board aligned and moving in the same direction.
Come ready to share what you’re navigating, learn from your peers, and leave with practical approaches you can use now, without waiting for the next strategic planning cycle.
Facilitated by Christa Roth, who brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership and management experience. Through her work as an executive coach, Christa supports nonprofit leaders in strengthening leadership, staff management, organizational alignment, and capacity. Her firsthand experience in senior leadership roles gives her a practical perspective on navigating the challenges of leading organizations through change and uncertainty.
This event is exclusively for nonprofit Executive Directors, CEOs, and Presidents. Please note that NPRN hosts events countywide: the next Roundtable will be held in South County. Questions? Melissa@nprnsb.org
