You are cordially, invited to a reception to celebrate and recognize our community supporters who have tirelessly supported us over the years. We will also be honoring Rod Rolle, MLKSB’s Official Photographer, who has been with the organization since its’ inception in 2008. Rolle has brilliantly captured the historical images of our supporters, throughout the past 16 years at the annual MLK Day commemoration. This is an event you do not want to miss – celebrate with us at Soul Bites, in a delightful and joyous evening with music, delicious food and heartfelt appreciation.
MLKSB Board President, E. onja Brown said, “It’s been an honor to have experienced Rod’s ability to capture shots that are not only engaging but highlight a moment in time. He is a treasured local Renaissance man who in addition to his work as a professional photo journalist is also a well-known jazz drummer and singer, having played with The Stiff Pickle Orchestra in town for three decades.”
The exhibit will be up at Soul Bites though the end of August.
