OVERVIEW

I help you maximize positive engagement (of donors, board, staff, community), through strategically nurturing win win relationships. I specialize in major gifts coaching, executive coaching, team coaching and organizational development/strategic planning. My approach is strengths based; we find out together what’s working and I help you build on it. I offer my expertise through executive coaching, training and facilitation. I have been coaching for over 20 years and I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) as well as a nationally certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC).

I recently published a book for nonprofits, entitled Your Nonprofit’s 360Win: How to Build Relationships That Pay Off for Everyone. It is based on my donor engagement model called Relationship Building for Prosperity®.
