I bring more than a decade of nonprofit fundraising and development experience to organizations throughout the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara. I work alongside nonprofit leaders and boards to clarify fundraising goals, strengthen development infrastructure, identify and cultivate philanthropic opportunities, and move important initiatives forward.

My work is intentionally hands-on. Whether an organization is preparing for a capital campaign, building a major gifts program, developing a foundation strategy, or simply bringing greater structure to its fundraising efforts, I provide experienced development leadership without requiring a full-time hire.
