A Santa Barbara native and UCSB graduate, Diana returned to Santa Barbara in 2012 after a successful career in Corporate Finance and Management in Silicon Valley and Austin, Texas. With a strong desire to have a direct impact and make a difference, Diana has transitioned her career into working with nonprofit leaders by leveraging her financial and strategic leadership experience to provide contract CFO services, and help Executive Directors navigate the nonprofit world becoming better leaders and fundraisers.

In addition to full time positions in nonprofit financial leadership with Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara, Marathon Kids and the Granada Theatre, Diana has also served on several nonprofit Boards. Diana has held treasurer positions with Slow Food Austin, Santa Barbara Athletic Roundtable, and SBBIKE.org. Since moving to the Santa Ynez Valley in the fall of 2017, Diana has joined the SYV HEAL Coalition (Healthy Eating Active Living,) SYV Cycling Club board and the SYV Bocce Foundation Board. In her role as a nonprofit consultant, Diana works with several local nonprofits, including GirlsRockSB, Wilderness Youth Project, Little Village Foundation, Veggie Rescue and the Jessie Hopkins Hinchee Foundation.
