NPRN was created in response to the closing of the Non-Profit Resource Center in 2011. The Hutton Parker Foundation worked with other local foundation partners to create a digital hub for the nonprofit community to share, connect and learn from each other.
NPRN funding is provided by Hutton Foundation, Fund for Santa Barbara, Orfalea Foundation and the Santa Barbara Foundation. The NPRN digital engine is designed and maintained by Intronetworks. NPRN management also sends out a weekly email to over 2000 nonprofit community members.
You can join NPRN by simply clicking here and creating a profile. Once your profile has been created, you are free to explore around the network, post information, share information and find information valuable to you and your nonprofit. There is no fee to become of a member of the Nonprofit Resource Network.
The goal of NPRN is to be a self curated and self driven digital hub for the nonprofit community. We highly encourage NPRN members to create and contribute to NPRN by starting their own discussions, forum topics, sharing resources and posting to the calendar.
